nikkinoodles @kkearney737 no elastic, but I’m adding a pic of the best measurement I could get of the inside of the calf, just over 7” (times 2 of course).

nikkinoodles @kkearney737 no worries - sorry they eon’t work😔 Some if the other talk boots I have listed have that extra zipper for a great calf fit. Not the same as these cool riding boots, but still really cute boots. Let me know if you want me to tag you on them.
