In the pictures the third row of the ruffles shows up as a different color. Is that the case or it’s just the picture that’s making it look like it’s a different color?

That is a great question. The third row of the ruffles is actually a different fabric. It's not the tule - more of a satin type material giving it an added texture. If you expand the stock photo you will notice it there as well. My phone camera catches the light off that different fabric and makes it appear almost gray. In fact it is black and like the stock photo to cant really tell the difference unless seen in a light that captures that sheen. It is in fact black - just like the tule. Hope th
