Worn one time for a photo shoot. Measurements are in pictures. There is no strech to this dress. The waist line is not elastic, but there is plenty of fabric to add elastic at professional tailor. The dress was made in few hours for a rushed photo shoot. There is a slight rip on the waist line that can be sewed back in. On the inside of the dress there is a mark where the designer needed to cut the fabric. Measurements are taken when the dress is laying flat and relaxed . They are approximate measurements. The dress has a zipper in the back. Can be worn off the shoulders as well. The belt is missing one of the hook.
