J.Crew Collection Short-sleeved Ruffle Cardigan

This 100% Rayon top is super breezy, loose, & cool. The layers of ruffles give this cover up a super feminine feel, and is perfect for throwing over a tank in the summer. The size is a large, but I bought to wear as a more slouchy look. (I swing between S and M.) There are a couple thread defects on the back (see photos) where it appears a darker thread was used (not a stain!) There is a second hook/eye enclosure too where the hook is missing - easily fixable! Comes from a smoke free home!
