There is silver tone hardware that does show some surface scratching, snaps still work perfectly nice some wear and discoloration on the handles, please make sure you are looking at all of the pictures, there is wear on the bottom corners and a small snag on one side as also shown in the pictures. The interior does have a zipper pocket that works well overall used condition inside but still relatively clean. May need a little cleaning, tag is intact inside, comes with a cute little Twilly to dress it up, bag is super cute and will definitely turn heads. Item comes from a smoke free home.
