🌵A gorgeous example of 1980's doing the 20's Art Deco style. There is no tag in this dress other than the ILGWU but I do believe this to be Tadashi Shoji, he had an identical dress in his 1980s collection. I love the painstakingly hand beaded waist, the bubble skirt and the amazing gathered top. Feels like a rayon or polyester but there are no tags indicating such, just vintage Union tags. Heavy jersey knit fabric beautifully draped to create an almost turban looking dress. Super flattering and can be worn as a costume or to a formal night event.
