I adore this jacket. It is so regal looking. You can go dressy or cool casual with it. It's a very rich looking blue. It can work as your outer jacket on a cool evening or it can be worn as your main top. Looks great over a crisp white button up shirt or a sexy silver tank. It has an interesting chain at the neck tag area for hanging. It was only worn once because I bought the red one too, size 6, which fits. Knowing the sz 4 blue would be a bit small, I deluded myself into thinking I could make it work. I can make it fit if I choose not to breathe or sit down all night. If you fit a size 4, this is a wonderful addition to your wardrobe. 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. Lining: 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex. Professional dry clean.
