What does pant size 46 mean? Is that the waist? What about length? Are the pants pleated and/or cuffed? Thanks!

@jlw_utah hello, it looks like the pants were altered. I put a tape to the inseam and got 32 ( there is a 1 1/2 inch hem if you need to alter) Measured the inside of the waist is measuring almost 41.
