RVCA dark green board shorts NWT

New with tags! These board shorts are size 28 and mid length 18 inches. 4 way stretch. My brother and sister in law who live in Jacksonville, FL bought these from Aqua East Surf Shop for my 16 year old son and they are too small for him. They are dark green with sharks teeth all over.
