Stunning three piece (top, skirt, and belt) Victorian style bathing costume / sailor dress from Act I New York. Has red and white pinstripes, puff sleeves with buttons, sailor collar, and bow. Buttons up the front and has removable belt (back side has staining from the dress and front is slightly discolored. Pictured). Bodice has pleated peplum. Pretty sure this is vintage. Cannot find any rips, stains, or tears, but it could use a good dry clean.
