jkam20 @cdosuna777 Hi! There is a zip pocket on the left inside and another Velcro pocket on the right inside-I have added more pictures to show you. Two zip pockets on each side of the outside. The inside sleeves are not lined with the same material as the inside against your body but it still is a heavy enough jacket to keep you warm as this was worn to ski in.

jkam20 @cdosuna777 As for machine washing- I have definitely washed other coats like this in my washer, however the care instructions tag is not on this jacket anymore. Hope this helps!! :)
