SO retro and vintage 1980s! I remember a Glamour Magazine cover for September 1978 with this type of skirt, bobby socks and saddle shoes and I thought it was EVERYTHING!!! My mom had skirts like these but I was too young..Not a kilt but a "partially peated kilt-style maxi skirt"... Fully lined. Side zipper and buckle detail closure. Wool blend. This is so bright and FUN! I could see this mixed with another one or two prints.....like another plaid and polka dots or something insane!!! OR you could wear it with a button down, turtle neck...denim shirt... Dress up or down!! Vintage condition but no rips, stains or damage.
