A very old thermometer & barometer piece from West Germany about in the 1950s by Bambi. The thermometer is still sealed in working condition and the chimney sets the barometric pressure. However I’m unsure if this is working properly. It does move the man and woman side to side. This piece is dusty and quite delicate. I tried to clean it up but to get in all the crevices I’m scared I’ll break the wood (appears to be a balsa type, very thin). The front right foot pad is short so it will rest on the other 3 fine however it will rock if touched on the front. I’m sure this can be repaired as well if someone is good with small model wood sets :) It’s all hand made, hand crafted and hand painted.
