NWT Banana Republic Navy Dress

Beautiful BANANA REPUBLIC navy dress with the cutest detailing pattern throughout and sheer accents at the sleeves and hem!! Was gifted this dress and always hoped I can shrink down to a size 2 but it never happened! 😂 there are hidden buttons that go all the way down so the dress can be fully opened up. There is a built in navy lining on the inside. No stretch at the waist, measures 14 inches. Pit to pit pulled out is 17-18 inches, shoulder to hem is 38-39 inches. $178 retail.
