Cocktail dress, Signature By Robbie Bee,, 6P, 100% polyester exclusive of decoration. Lining 100% polyester. Dress has gorgeous gathered bust to fit up to a C-cup. Skirt is pleated in .25 size point to point. Lace waistband is 4 inches wide with a blue ribbon background. Gemstone is 1X.5 inches set on double ribbon. Outside shoulder to shoulder measurements 12 inches; shoulder seam to bottom skirt 37 inches; waist 30 inches; across back under arm to under arm 18.5. This dress is in excellent condition and has been worn once or twice. No problems with any issues, no stains or tears. Zipper is a bit difficult over waistband.
