This is a very attractive blouse that can be worn with dress slacks or a skirt. It is 100% polyester and is sheer so I am including a black cami with the blouse. The cami is not attached so you can wear it with other things as well. The cami has adjustable straps as seen in the pics. The Kim Rogers blouse has only been worn a few times. The cami is Time and Tru and both pieces are XL.
