Vintage brass filigree cameo brooch antique appeal Victorian chic

I can’t tell you how old this is. Was in a box of estate jewelry that has several old and modern pieces. I love the Cameo. She is a beauty. I like the old rustic patina but I’m sure she can use a nice cleaning. I thought I would leave that to those who may like the old patina as well.
