This is a solid blue dress by Dress Barn. This dress is great for work attire. Beautiful shade of blue. Sleeveless dress that zips in the back. Pre-worn with signs of light wear. There are some pulls in the fabric. Zipper is supposed to be hidden, but there is a spot in the back where it can be seen (see detail photo) -- the zipper still zips up and down without any issue.
