do these have slim legs or r they lower fit..lol..I. kinds built funny like a penguin..skinny legs at 60 I have a bay belly still so don't need the legs really baggy..ty..sorry probably a strange question

Anyways, here are some measurements;
Thighs: 20” (measured at the widest part of the upper leg)
Calves: 15 1/4”.
Base of jeans: 17” (they are a boot cut).
