This is the cutest top ever with the exaggerated Peter Pan collar, ditsy blue and white floral print, and black organza like trim. It buttons down the front, and has elastication at the ends of the sleeves. It is sadly just a little too small for me. Top Shop is an upscale on trend British brand.
