Skirt and top have elastic waistbands. Skirt has high/low hem. It is approximately 25” at shortest point and approximately 37” in back. Shirt has an 11.5” split that can be worn in a variety of ways. Please see photos for bust and waist measurements and fabric content and care. Good used condition.
