Bust: 45" ~ Center back to Hem: 15"~ Shoulder to Hem Rear: 23" ~ Shoulder to Hem Front: 25" ~ Underarm to Hem: 14" ~ The body is all one piece and the 10" ruffle overlays it. It does have adjustable straps but only about a inch longer than these measurements.
