Blue Floral Dress

I know the pictures arent the best and Im sorry! If needed, I will put the dress on and take pictures in it. The back is open There is a zipper in the back to help put on the dress Ties at the neck and the upper back It has been altered to fit up to 5’3 but I’m sure it can be undone by taking the seams out
