Rare Tiffany red flip flop charm sterling silver authentic never worn

Rare sterling silver red flip flop Tiffany charm. Received for Valentine’s Day 10 years ago and have never worn it. There are hairline scratches from storage and manufacturing (I’m assuming). Never been cleaned by Tiffany. Comes with box, bag and ribbon (not pictured).
