lselse1969 @kokosanddollar that would be awesome, really just the chest/waist.. I could hem if needed. I am looking for a costume for my daughter, she is almost 16 and about a size 4 misses

kokosanddollar @lselse1969 my daughter wore this when she was in a Christmas parade. She also wears a size 4. Armpit to armpit is about 15”, hips about 19” and 26” inseam. Hope that helps.
