I shortened the straps by about an inch because they were too long for my petite torso (and they are not adjustable). Stitching can be removed. Excellent used condition. Worn once, washed once. 100% rayon. Very lightweight material. Machine wash, line dry. (I then ran the iron over to get the wrinkles out). Perfect for a summer picnic or pair with a cute cardigan for cooler nights.
