Hello, does the smocking in the front stretch, and is there some give in the waist? If so I’d love to know the waist measurement not stretched.

@poshowl hi! So sorry for the delay. The waist laying flat is 14”. The smocking is quite stretchy! I would say at least another 2-3 inch of give. The lacing is back is also adjustable
