One of the most iconic early Coach styles- the large hippie saddle flap bag, with a roomy interior and an elegant silhouette. This bag is in a more rare lighter color- the color seems to be darker than ivory/bone but lighter than putty. This bag has the Coach creed but was made in the era before serial numbers or the glued in registration numbers. The leather is thick and unlike the leather used in more recent Coach bags. The bag shows wear consistent with its age and use. I have washed it and moisturized it with leather CPR, but I believe an expert rehabber could do more. The leather on the strap was quite dry and still shows that, in spite of moisturizing. Overall, it will still look gorgeous as you wear it, will look good on the shelf, and will last for decades even as- is!
