Measurements are tough on this because it is elastic. So, these are from a hanging position and not pulled. Can fit much larger than these measurements. Armpit to armpit is 18 inches. Waist is 15.5” across front…so double that for circumference. Skirt is 18” long. Very cute flirty set that shows class and fun!
