Cool and comfortable cotton gauze top by Velvet by Graham and Spencer in a lovely slate blue color. Closes by a button at the neck. I love it but it just doesn't look good on me! Size Small but bust is wide and will accommodate a bigger range. Sleeves are full with very cute shirring at the wrists. New with tags. No signs of wear. Measurements: length 21", sleeves 23".
