This is a silk blouse from Evan Picone. The first photo shows the blouse with a miniature safety pin holding the sides together and the last photo shows how it looks without it. I can see this worn with or without a safety pin and with or without a tank underneath. What I really like about this blouse is the fact that the waist width can be adjusted (snap closure, see photos). The blouse looks very elegant and it would look beautiful with a black pair of pants, femininity that means business. Please see photos for measurements.
