Artist : Phyllis Cubb born 1926-1990 Phyliss Cubb is currently known for exceptional use of color and heavy palette knife technique. She is now selling exceptionally well to galleries in major cities in the North Eastern United States where her following includes several important collectors. Measurement of canvas is 12" X 16". Framed is 19 1/2" X 23 1/2". If you google her it is Cubb not Chubb. This was a gift to my mother, now deceased. It is not my style.
