Wearable Art Miss Look Tunic size small?

This is one of those tops I ordered online because I LOVED the colors. This is a size small, and I swim in it, it's way too big on me. 21" pit 2 pit,28" long from the shoulder, and the sleeve is 21" from the pit to the cuff. Gorgeous colors, tho!
