brand new never used never opened I marked this nwt because it was never opened I personally use this and I ordered too much for my hair in my opinion it's a great product everybody's hair is different so everyone else might get a different effect than I did it made my hair have perfect hair days but that is me what I want. in the claims the product makes this is according to the manufacturer not me set includes both 3 in the set. it is plastic bottles. will not separate
