A 1960's tartan shadow plaid waistcoat vest made out of 100% Virgin Wool fabric by PENDLETON in the USA. The plaid is in red and black. Two flap covered pockets. Silver metal buttons. It's a vintage size Medium according to the measurements. No size label. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement.
