I used this bag for work and carried a rather heavy computer. Because of this there is an issue with one of the handles that does not affect function. The seam opened so the inside of the handle is exposed. There are also a few scuff and one small hole in the lining at the very top. Please see pictures and video. All in all the bag still has plenty of life left in it and if you're good with a sewing machine, you may be able to repair.
