@cloudmorning these pants are stretchy and have an elastic waist. I wore them when I was at a weight of 190 and a weight of 140. I am 5’7. They were more form-fitted when I was 190 and a little looser when I was 140. They were complimentary at both stages. I would say 2 and 4 would fit loose. Could fit up to a size 8 or 10 with a more fitted look. Let me know if I can help further

@cloudmorning and yes. They fit a little more close to the body in the thighs and butt and have a flared/bell bottom
