Hi, would you mind taking a measurement from pit to bottom? Can this be worn as a dress/tunic or strictly a top?

@tasmiley of course! Pit to hem is 16”. The sleeves are 8” from shoulder to pit, and the length from the neck to the end of the sleeves is 20.5”. From collar to back hem is 36”. Scoop hem on front and back with a slight high/low. This could definitely work as a tunic, just will be a boxy tunic with the sleeves coming low.
