@feet_and_arms some of the small/mini bags were made without the Coach interior patch w serial number (you can find that info on the internet). This bag is one of them, there is no interior patch with the information. However, the bag is authentic, 100%. I bought it from Coach a few years ago. Everything I own is authentic, no copies/fakes in my wardrobe.
