This dress does not have tags, but was never worn. It is a buttoned down uneven hemmed dress with roll-up sleeves that button in place. It is comfort and sexy all in one! It also comes with a fabric belt that you can use or slip in your own leather belt in the fabric belt loops. Measurements: 19" shoulder to shoulder; 24" waist (can be cinched smaller with belt); 18" sleeve; 48' at it's longest length; 34" at it's shortest length; 21" pit to pit.
