miss_matcha Hi, @jasmina455 . It's normally easier to report and block them during the show. There is an option to report and block in the show by clicking on their name. The list of options should come up: block, report, mute, and erase chat. If it's outside the show, go their profile and click on the three dots close to their name. The block option should appear. Then find the Poshmark customer service, tell them what happened, and show the pictures.
