thebairsden Hello. This phone came from the factory, sealed with iOS 11 as the baseline OS. I need it to have this old iOS version for it to work for me. I know it shows as sealed, new, but if the iOS has been updated, it is not actually brand new. I recently went through this with another seller who claimed the iPhone 8 Plus was new with iOS 11. It arrived with 16.5. I will purchase this phone with the belief it is factory sealed with iOS 11 installed, unless you specifically know.
