NWT Forever21

Light blue polkadotted one is a wraparound Maxie dress new with tags from forever 21 size medium. Fabric is very light and airy thin 100% polyester. Slip of same color or lighter highly suggested with this dress. (Note: the spots seen on the dress are not stains, I steam all my dresses before photographing them. They are wet spots that have since dried. The dress if bought will come in pristine condition!)
