What is the measurement across the front, pit to pit? What is the length measurement? Does it look like the shoulder pads can be removed?

@partriciart 18” inside shoulder seam to seam. 25” outside shoulder to shoulder. 36” length. Shoulder pads are tacked underneath the lining.
