Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue, made in Italy Does not look to ever be used, original dust bag was tucked inside when I found it! It’s stunning and unique Woven etched design in silver metal, metal has not tarnished or rusted. Very high quality It does have a strap that tucks nicely inside and has a great slinky texture, looks like a necklace! In near perfect condition, I don’t see any flaws to note!!! It is marked 23 on the underneath of the clasp, I don’t know if that is of significance 6in x 3.5in x 2in 20in drop on strap Simply stunning! Pictures do not do this piece justice!
