- EXPRESS Faux Leather Pleated Midi Skirt NWT

NWT Received this great skirt as a gift. Unfortunately, does not fit. THIS SKIRT RUNS VERY SMALL!!! Fits more like a sz 4 than sz 6 Belt is removable, adjustable. Attached belt loops. Silver tone hardware. It’s a great “vegan” leather. Not cheap looking. Pleats are an open style, not tight flat pleat. Flows well. Belt as a couple of wrinkles. Measurements with garment lying flat: Waist: 13.5” Length: 29” Small indentatiom at the waist from hanger but covered by the belt when wearing
