I have this sky blue windbreaker marked as a Women’s S because I feel that it would be most comfortable that way, however, it could fit up to a M (Women’s) or Men’s S. Fabric is not your traditional “thin” and “flimsy” plastic feel. It has a sort of “cotton fabric” type touch to it which is difficult to explain. I would just say that it feels more comfortable and desirable to wear than a traditional windbreaker. Higher quality, for sure.
