UPDATE 5/20/23: I finally had time to get this dry cleaned so the bottom hem had about 95% of the dry stains removed. The waist is about 15.75 inches across, but there is a very slight stretch so technically 16 inches across which makes it close to 32 inches around. I am not wearing heels in the bottom still brushes the ground. Dress the Population dress size L (8-10). For reference I am 5’11 and the bottom of the dress still touched the ground! I felt amazing in it and wore it to 3 major weddings. As much as I hate to part with this dress, I hope the next person feels just as beautiful in it. The dress can be dry cleaned to remove the stains on the bottom. Zipper works just fine. The v cut is not terribly low and fits 36D in chest size. The tan slip dress underneath is also very opaque so not see through unless you get to the thigh area.
