CELINE NEW WITH TAGS SILK DRESS SZ 40/US8

100% silk ruffle neck wrap dress. Intricate sleeve detailing and a brown and green retro print. This dress is brand new with tags and has never been worn. It is a Celine sz 40 which is a US6-8. For reference, I’m a 2 and it’s big on me but I am able to cinch it with the silk tie so it works for me as well but definitely extra fabric.
