40s/50s Handmade Vintage Skirt

Handmade vintage skirt, likely from the 40s or 50s based on style. Pale blue color with large buttons in front. ~25-26” waist. Some wear as expected with a vintage item, though I have not attempted to remove any spots. Would be great as a costume or theater piece.
